Zoom Tan in Naples
I came in to the Fort Myers, FL location to get a spray tan. There, I was given a sales pitch that I could sign up that day for unlimited monthly spray tanning for $39.99. I thought this was a great deal, but as it was my first time there, I was not sure I would like the tan and wasn't comfortable signing up for a service I had no experience with. So after I had reviewed my tan and was happy with it, I decided I would be interested in signing up for a monthly service. I went to their website to review my options. Under this tab, I could see that they offered a monthly price that I found acceptable, so I was ready to sign up. I called, only to be told that this offer was available only to non customers. So I asked where the current customer options were listed on the site. I was told that they are not listed. However,[url=http://www.holisteroutlet.cc]hollister outlet[/url], there is no information about the pricing on their website to inform anyone of this. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! They need to make it very clear on their site that the pricing is for first time customers only! I feel that this false advertising is wrong in business, and that Zoom Tan, should honor the prices they publish. What is the point of having a website, if it is displaying false information?
I contacted customer service, only to talk to a woman who told me that if I wanted to speak with a manager, I was wasting my time. I was told, "I will ask him, but I can tell you right now, he is going to say no." I was also told, (when asking to speak with him) "He will not call you back."
What kind of customer service is this? I am very disappointed with the misleading business practices of Zoom Tan. I would not recommend this business to a friend.
